The product suite relies on a modularized design and component based architecture to deliver powerful, real-time data analysis capabilities seamlessly across all the data sources.

The product suite follows a federated data query approach. This means that information is queried and delivered on demand from original data sources, thus promising real time information delivery.

It can be easily incorporated within an organizations Intranet infrastructure and to be seamlessly integrated within the overall enterprise Integration strategy.

The architecture supports both structured and un-structured data under a common framework with reference data being established from one format to the other.

The distributed architectural approach provides the possibility of maintaining the logical appearance of a single DW (a semantic representation of the warehouse), without the prior physical movement of all the data. By using a metadata repository to describe the various associations amongst distributed data repositories, users can submit queries or request reports that query data from multiple data sources and view the information as if it resided in a single source. Most of all users can view real time specific information (from operational systems) in combination with traditional, historical data already resident in the DW. The proposed architecture is not an attempt to diminish the value of the DW architecture. Rather it should be seen as an extension, in order to promote insight into real time transactional data that reside within operational systems or to unstructured data formats that cannot easily be incorporated within a DW.

The product suite currently consists of four tightly integrated modules. All these modules work together to deliver a complete Information integration solution.
